Here’s how it works

  • 1We’ll ask 10 questions in 5 short chapters — growing up, family, work, love, and the lessons you’d like to pass on.
  • 2Each question is read aloud to you. Press the big red button and simply talk. There are no wrong answers.
  • 3Take all the time you need. Most folks finish in about 20 to 30 minutes, and you can listen to every answer before keeping it.
  • 4When you’re done, a real person on our team reviews your stories before any editing begins.

    1. A member of our team personally reviews your stories before any editing begins — a human being, not just a computer.
    2. Our editors then shape your recordings into a finished film, with your photos woven in and the sound cleaned up.
    3. You’ll get to watch it, ask for changes, and only then is it final.
